Returns

Our return policy at MAD HATTER CLUB is straightforward: If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days from the delivery date.

Please ensure that items are returned in their original, unworn condition with the original stickers still attached.

To initiate the return please contact us via the chat box. Return fee will be calculated during the return process and a pre-paid label will be emailed to you or you can download it when you have finished. Return label expires within 14 days it if unused.

You can book a collection or visit your nearest DHL drop off point to send the items back to us. Pre-paid returns are subject to a return shipping fee which will be deducted from your refund. If you decide to use self-postage returns, you can simply choose any carrier to return your order. Make sure your order is trackable and sent to our address:

Customers in EU: No customs restrictions apply to returns within Europe. You can use self-postage returns. For fast refund process we recommend to contact our Customer Service at madhatterclubltd@gmail.com with the tracking number once shipped.

Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 3 business days automatically.
